Here is the synthesis of a beautiful flight following the Cozie Alps on a splendid and warm day in mid-February. (At altitude there were about 10 degrees Celsius)

The first step was the ascent to 5000 feet towards Monte Bracco at the foot of Monviso (symbolic mountain of Piedmont) characterized by the impressive difference in height on the surrounding plain.
Subsequently I moved north between 7000 and 8000 feet overlooking Rucas, Valle Pellice, Val Chisone and Val Susa to then descend towards the Sacra di San Michele and the lakes of Avigliana.

Too bad the almost total absence of snow, if not from 2000 meters up given by the absence of rain that has characterized this winter.
