The quality is very high, the procedural realism is total. It's the only civil one in Italy.

It was 2009 when Professor Massimo Bologna, codenamed "Lento", professor at the Art School of Castellamonte Felice Faccio in the province of Turin, launched a particular school project of building a real Lockheed Martin F16 Fighting Falcon simulator together with his students .

The first public appearance was made on the occasion of the Word Air Games 2009 which took place in Turin at the Turin Aeritalia airport (LIMA).

The pilot station at the time of the debut was incomplete but functional and at the Word Air Games it immediately stole the public's eye.

Since then, it has been requested every year throughout northern Italy and has participated in the most important civil and military aeronautical events.

The teacher Massimo Bologna, promoter of this particular school project, has now become the President of the V.I.A.F. National Non-Profit Association, which deals with virtual flight and has the mission of spreading aeronautical culture.

Over the years it has been subject to continuous software and instrument updates so as to become the only complete non-military F16 flight simulator in Italy.

Witnesses of piloting realism, many pilots of our Air Force who have spent thousands of flight hours on the Fighting Falcon.

I too finally had the opportunity to try it at the Boglietto airfield (AT01) in the province of Asti on the occasion of the Festa del Volo organized by the local aeroclub to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our air force.
